Because we’re so much more than “travel bookers.” Yes, we will book every part of your trip for you—but first, we’ll connect on a consultation call to learn more about your needs, we’ll conduct research on your preferred destinations, and we’ll work hard to match you with the right travel suppliers (including those boutique hotels and resorts that might not even be on your radar if you’re simply using Google). In addition to the research, we do book everything from flights and hotels to tours and transfers for you, which is a real time saver. But our clients choose to work with us, as opposed to booking themselves, because they’re looking to save more than time. They want to save the hassles, headaches, and sense of overwhelm they feel when they turn to Google—by turning to us travel experts instead! Absolutely NOT! Our services are all free and will not cost more than booking direct. In fact, due to our affiliation with American Express we may be able to find you cheaper fares than what is published.

Yes! Our travel services absolutely include support while you’re traveling, so you can contact us to smooth out any travel hiccups (like needing to rebook a cancelled flight, for example). You will receive a phone number to call and an email address to reach out to before you leave on your vacation.

Because we’ve seen one too many times how vacations can be ruined and dollars flushed down the drain without it. A vacation is too much of an investment to leave to chance. The right travel insurance can protect you in many different situations, like if you need to cancel your trip at the last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. Without travel insurance, you will not get your deposits back, no matter your reason for cancelling. Travel insurance may also reimburse you for mix ups you encounter while traveling, like lost luggage. Finally, most U.S. medical insurance does not cover you while you travel abroad—so travel insurance gives you much-needed protection if you get sick or injured on your trip. The last thing we want you to worry about when in a foreign country is whether or not you can afford to get help!
